About The Position

The Medpace Data Analytics team is growing and seeking an experienced data analyst with expertise in AI and BI. This role involves partnering with leadership and managers across business and IT functions to deliver value to the organization by identifying and implementing the right analytics solutions for critical problems. The ideal candidate will be able to develop analytics solutions from end to end, focusing on value and user experience, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Data, BI, and AI is crucial for developing appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science or similar
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise data and analytics roles
• Track record of leading & developing value-add analytics solutions
• Ability and desire to coach and mentor junior analysts

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft and Snowflake technical stacks
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework
