About The Position
The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, modeling, and reporting. The role will develop daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse, logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations. This position requires a highly detailed, timely, consistent, and accurate approach to reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as reports and analyses will be presented to senior management and other key stakeholders. The analyst will help establish operational priorities, identify key issues, validate data, investigate discrepancies, analyze costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of reporting and data analysis experience within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments.
- Experience with cost analysis and KPI reporting.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining dashboards.
- Experience with SAP is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data mining, extraction, transformation, and manipulation experience.
- Strong critical-thinking and data interpretation abilities.
- Excellent mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
