About The Position
We are seeking a USF graduate student with experience in research programming and data analysis to support a research project examining factors that contribute to student retention and attrition in the College of Nursing.
Requirements
- Current USF graduate student

- Experience with research programming and quantitative data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using R programming preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage, clean, merge, and analyze student and institutional datasets using R programming
- Conduct descriptive and advanced statistical analyses
- Develop reproducible R scripts and analytical workflows
- Create publication-quality tables, reports, and data visualizations
- Support research findings and recommendations
