About The Position

As a Summer Intern in Capacity Planning with a focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s efforts to balance supply and demand, optimize resource utilization, and ensure seamless operations. Working with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, logistics, sales, and operations—you will help gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform capacity decisions and enhance our S&OP processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection, analysis, and forecasting of sales, inventory, and operational data to support capacity planning and S&OP initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate capacity needs, gaps, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different departments to monitor capacity constraints, develop solutions, and support scenario planning.
• Participate in the S&OP process by preparing meeting materials and providing insights on resource allocation or supply chain risks.
