About The Position

The Data & AI Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of data, analytics, and AI solutions for an assigned Power business area. This role helps ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality and technical standards. The individual will work with business stakeholders, Digital Technology teams, data and analytics teams, application teams, and delivery partners to understand requirements and translate business needs into practical data and AI solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery activities, managing priorities and dependencies, supporting user adoption, and monitoring solution performance after implementation. The role will also support the end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle, including data-readiness activities, proof-of-concept execution, MVP development, production deployment, and transition to ongoing support. The individual will help ensure that data and AI solutions are aligned with business priorities, operational requirements, and enterprise standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives, including organizational change management and the delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Foundational knowledge of data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, SAP, Oracle, or Databricks gained through coursework, internships, academic projects, or prior work experience.
  • Basic understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data management concepts, with a strong interest in developing practical experience across the data and AI solution lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, processes, and business concepts quickly and apply them to assigned tasks and projects.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and contribute to practical solutions using structured thinking and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • General awareness of data quality, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and internal control requirements, with a willingness to follow established enterprise standards.
  • Interest in simplifying processes, improving workflows, reducing manual work, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information, ask thoughtful questions, present findings clearly, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, seek guidance when needed, and take ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-readiness activities, technical execution of proofs of concept, MVP development, and the scaling of validated solutions into high-impact, production-grade AI products.
  • Build and maintain a strong demand pipeline, establish effective intake and prioritization processes, and enable a stable, scalable AI delivery model.
  • Define and execute the end-to-end roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products—from ideation and proof of concept through MVP delivery, production deployment, and ongoing product optimization.
  • Translate demand and priorities from the agile planning process into actionable capacity plans.
  • Lead the Program Increment planning process and work with OCIO and strategic partners to onboard the right resources and capabilities for both analytics and AI delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among executive stakeholders, Digital Technology, business operations, DT, and delivery partners to align requirements, priorities, and execution with strategic business objectives.
  • Drive simplification, standardization, and delivery rigor by facilitating workshops and implementing improvements across analytical tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate complex business needs into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Ensure that all analytics and AI solutions comply with enterprise standards for data quality, architecture, cybersecurity, internal controls, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish robust standard work, simplify complex delivery processes, and continuously optimize analytical platforms and operating models for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Define product KPIs, monitor adoption and user feedback, identify performance trends, and drive continuous product enhancements that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual activities, improve end-to-end process and data lineage, and partner with enterprise data organizations to increase delivery efficiency and overall team productivity.
