Peraton seeks a Budget & Financial Mgmt Analyst to support DCDC with Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC) acquisition staff officer support for AI / Cyber technology acquisition, integration, and future planning. The role involves supporting financial management, budget execution, and budget analysis in response to taskers, meetings, and deliverables. It includes providing POM analysis for the programming phase of AI capabilities and future cyber operations planning, as well as acquisition support for enabling AI-driven command and control at Theater, Corps, and Division levels. The position integrates acquisition and capabilities by adopting commercial technology, rapid fielding, flexible contracting, and iterative problem-solving. Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing data, providing technical analysis, and preparing necessary documentation such as spreadsheets, logs, and presentations to support the Government’s Budget Execution and Program Formulation. This involves assisting with planning goals and programming objectives, and providing senior leaders with assessments of program cost, schedule, risk, and performance. Coordination of actions like reporting requirements and congressional budget briefs is also a key function. The analyst will act as a liaison between the Army Acquisition Executive and the program office, and provide project management and technical support to assist the Government in planning, executing, and maintaining cyber capability, integration, and implementation in compliance with DoD, Army, and all other applicable rules, regulations, processes, and procedures. Assistance in drafting Government planned Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) and Purchase Request & Commitments (PR&Cs) based on Government guidance is also required.
