The qualified candidate’s duties will be to assist with the process from bidding the job through the final construction activities. The position requires a high level of customer service internal and external to build and maintain relationships. Knowledge of electrical construction is required. Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
  • Experience/knowledge of electrical construction, design, finance and management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of service department operations, processes, and workflows.
  • Communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Accubid and Bluebeam.
  • Strong computer skills, including keyboarding and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients across key market segments while building and maintaining long term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic customer opportunities.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring consistent communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop tailored solutions and innovative approaches to meet client goals, while resolving challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor project bid schedules, prepare detailed estimates, and assist with manpower and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Techs to define project scope, share client contact information, and confirm all project requirements prior to mobilization.
  • Lead meetings on larger projects, clearly communicating schedules, manpower needs, and material requirements.
  • Coordinate with the DAS Department Manager, Estimators, and Finance team to ensure accurate reporting, streamlined processes, and financial accountability.
  • Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
  • Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.
