About The Position

We are looking for a person with a good overview, who is proactive in solving problems such as: customer payments, payroll, and administrative setups to ease the work for our other employees. A person who has experience with accounting and can help suggest the best technical solutions and updates in the workflow. We are very open to using different tools to facilitate the work, but we need a person to keep an eye on it and ensure that everything is correct. This role will also maintain employee vacation lists and ensure that bonuses are paid correctly and on time. A small part of this job is also to ensure that contacts are systematically kept up to date with both customers and employees. We are looking for a Backoffice-Angel who likes order and systems and is proactively eager to develop sustainable systems and ensure that operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Experience with payroll and accounting is a must.
  • Familiar with Google and its products.
  • Have worked in Economics before.
  • Familiar with Paypal.
  • Any CRM systems.
  • Fluent English is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Danish tax systems.
  • It is a must to speak Danish.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Enjoys administrative tasks and order.
  • Enjoys a young work environment, we don't mind people who have just graduated.
  • It is an advantage if you live in time zones close to Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll for the team and calculation of bonus for each individual employee.
  • Overview and updating of contracts for customers.
  • Creation and drafting of contracts for customers and employees.
  • Overview of vacation days/sick days for the team.
  • Bookkeeping, invoicing, budgeting.
  • Ensuring customers pay, sending reminders.
