About The Position

The Dancing Bartender position at Circa Resort & Casino requires individuals who can perform daily assigned dance routines while also providing strong guest service. The role demands a fun, energetic, and positive attitude, with a focus on guest interaction and multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Ability to read and speak English.
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
Understand and comply with all company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to multitask.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain required work cards.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender.
Some dance experience.

Responsibilities

Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
Perform routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds.
Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests promptly and properly.
Accurately ring up all orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards, including "slowing down" or cutting off intoxicated guests.
Make suggestions to guests.
Know available drinks and their costs, answer guest questions, and work quickly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
