Requirements
- Is 21+ years of age
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in choreographed dance, freestyle, or go-go dancing and performing in front of large crowds preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred
- Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment environments preferred
- Ability to quickly learn choreography and adapt to music styles preferred
- Confident stage presence and crowd engagement skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform choreographed and freestyle dance routines on bar tops and stage areas
- Engage with guests to create a lively, inclusive, and entertaining environment
- Lead crowd participation moments (chants, line dancing, simple dances)
- Maintain strong awareness of safety while performing in elevated spaces
- Collaborate with bartenders and staff to support overall guest experience
- Represent the brand image with professionalism and confidence
