About The Position
Creation Station Dance is seeking a part-time, permanent dance teacher for their Huntington Beach location. The ideal candidate will be responsible, highly organized, fun, magical, extremely energetic, flexible, love teaching children, and be comfortable around adults. This role requires proficiency in ballet, tap, and hip hop, with the ability to teach young children aged 16 months to 8 years. The position involves teaching on Wednesday mornings in Huntington Beach, Thursday mornings in Tustin, and working the desk on Sundays in Mission Viejo. Availability on weekdays and weekends is essential. This is a permanent position, and candidates must live in reasonable proximity to the Orange County studio locations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ballet, tap, and hip hop.
- Experience teaching young children.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (at least first doses).
- Responsible, highly organized, fun, magical, extremely energetic, flexible.
- Comfortable around adults.
- Punctual and on time for work.
- Live in reasonable proximity to Orange County locations (Mission Viejo, Tustin, Fountain Valley).
- Available weekdays and weekends.
- Dance experience/training.
- Looking for permanent work.
