About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring full-time, in-person Dance Instructors. Instructors conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week and help students pursue their personal dance goals, from preparing for a single event to developing their dancing over the long term. The role involves working with students of all ages and participating in studio activities such as performances, parties, and competitions. The position offers professional dance and business training, opportunities for career advancement, competition participation, travel, and potential studio management or ownership. Studio hours are Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.; occasional weekend events and event travel are required. Compensation depends on experience, with a minimum of $17 per hour, and includes opportunities to earn bonuses and competition winnings.
