About The Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking an experienced Dance Instructor for The Dance Factory in Delavan, WI. This role involves inspiring and nurturing children aged 2-15 in various dance styles including ballet, tap, jazz, acro, and lyrical. The position focuses on providing quality, engaging, in-person instruction in a safe and positive environment, aiming to develop not only dance technique but also important life skills. Requirements

Passionate dance instructor who loves working with children.
Ability to work with children ages 2-15 in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, and lyrical.
Strong dance background in various dance styles required for this position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the art of teaching dance.

Nice To Haves

Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus)
Acrobatic Arts training is a huge plus

Responsibilities

Instructing students in dance techniques in beginner and intermediate classes.
Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
Choreographing routines for our annual performances.
Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
