About The Position

HealthFitness is looking for an as-needed/substitute/fill-in Dance Group Fitness Instructor to join the fitness team at our client site located in Kingsport, TN. The number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling. We are open to various formats of dance classes. The role is responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe dance fitness group exercise to members.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
