About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is looking for professional dance instructors to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and controlling their earnings. As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their personal dance goals. This position offers the unique opportunity to enhance people's lives daily by working closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds. While regular studio hours are maintained, the role also requires attendance at various events, including some weekday evenings and weekends, to support students. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is a leader in ballroom dance instruction, with a global network of 180 locations and a legacy dating back to 1947. The studio emphasizes a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun "FADS community" atmosphere, offering group and private lessons, wedding dance choreography, performance opportunities, studio parties, and numerous competitions annually.
