About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is looking for professional dance coaches to join their growing team. This role is suitable for individuals with or without prior dance instructor experience who love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and controlling their earnings. As a high-energy, customer-focused coach, you will conduct private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their dance goals. This position offers the unique opportunity to enhance people's lives daily by working with diverse individuals. While regular studio hours are maintained, attendance at evening and weekend events with students is expected. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is dedicated to enriching lives through the power of dance, serving over 25,000 students across 180 locations nationwide and globally. The studio fosters a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun 'FADS community' atmosphere, offering group and private lessons, wedding dance choreography, performance opportunities, parties, and numerous competitions annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals.
• Enhance people's lives through dance.
• Meet and work closely with people from all walks of life.
• Attend studio events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends.
