About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a Dance Instructor to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and controlling their earnings. As a high-energy, customer-focused Dance Instructor, you will conduct Private and Group Dance Classes, guiding students to achieve their personal dance goals. You will work with people from all demographics, enriching their lives while achieving personal growth in the Fred Astaire environment. The position involves regular studio hours throughout the week, as well as attending fun events on weekday evenings and/or weekends. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is a leader in ballroom dance instruction, founded in 1947, with over 300 locations worldwide. Their mission is to enrich lives through dance, believing that dancing is for everyone and can aid in healing, building community, and communicating without words. The studios are known for their kind, warm, and caring atmosphere, creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun "FADS Community." They offer Group and Private Lessons, opportunities to travel and perform, local parties, and national dance competitions. They also prepare couples and wedding parties for their big day with dance choreography.
