About The Position

DivaDance is a dance experience for adults, offering pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties. We are looking for staff members who can change lives, empower others, and inspire confidence and community through inclusive, all-levels classes. We provide flexible part-time hours, support, personal development, and leadership opportunities within a growing franchise organization.

Requirements

• Experience teaching adults.
• Experience choreographing for adults.
• Ability to travel to the DCJ Frisco area for classes.
• Must complete the online Instructor Development Program.
• Must submit a video of original choreography with application.

Nice To Haves

• Former dance team, drill team, or cheerleader experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach original choreography to songs ranging from current pop hits to classics.
• Lead classes for all levels, following the consistent DivaDance format.
• Create original choreography.
• Complete the online Instructor Development Program before teaching.
• Be responsive via phone/text.
• Travel to class locations in the Frisco area.
