Woodcraft Rangers is seeking passionate individuals to join their community and serve youth as a Dance After-School Program Leader. This role involves ensuring a fun and positive learning environment for participants in clubs of approximately 20 children. Club Leaders have the opportunity to grow, connect, play, and make a significant impact on each participant's development. The program operates from 1:00 PM to 5:00/6:00 PM, with shifts varying by location. Woodcraft Rangers has a long history of serving youth in the Los Angeles area, providing TK-12 expanded learning programs, including after-school, specialty enrichment, and summer learning. They also offer early learning, environmental and social justice programs, college access, and inclusion services for youth with disabilities. Their Lifecraft program supports staff development. Woodcraft Rangers serves over 30,000 youth annually across numerous Title I schools in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
