About The Position

The Distribution Center Clerk - Damage is responsible for managing damaged merchandise within the Personalization operation and ensuring damaged customer orders are accurately processed and resolved in a timely manner. The Distribution Center Clerk - Damage position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 6 months - 1 year experience in a warehouse/distribution setting with similar responsibilities
This is an onsite role
Must be a self-starter and a team player
Have working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Excellent attendance
Available to work a flexible schedule
Able to read and match numbers
Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of PKMS, QlikView, and warehouse inventory systems
Exposure to personalization, picking, packing, quality, and Inventory Control processes

Responsibilities

Review, research, document, and process merchandise identified as damaged throughout the operation
Verify damaged merchandise against the correct SKU, order, carton, and quantity
Coordinate replacement or re-pick activity and follow damaged orders through resolution
Maintain accurate system statuses and an organized damage work area
Prioritize aged and time-sensitive customer orders and escalate unresolved barriers
Partner with Inventory Control and operational teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and recurring damage concerns
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
