We aim to be the most trusted global consulting firm. Internal Audit and Financial Advisory consultants work with leading global companies, collaborating to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions. We focus on developing versatile consultants with broad capabilities and deep expertise across various industries, technical skills, and leadership qualities. Consultants are encouraged to contribute ideas, learn through real work, and collaborate closely with others, with a strong emphasis on mutual support and coaching. Upon joining, new hires participate in the award-winning Passport to Protiviti onboarding program and The Consulting Challenge, an experiential learning course. The Foundations program equips consultants with the knowledge, skills, technical aptitude, and coaching to become future leaders. Consultants will experience diverse projects designed to fuel curiosity, build capability, drive outcomes, and prepare them for career advancement. They will learn alongside experienced leaders and advisors, developing a strong understanding of business processes, regulatory environments, and risk/control frameworks, while building fluency in AI-enabled analysis, data interrogation, and audit methodology. Consultants will assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate insights to meaningfully contribute to client engagements. Building professional relationships grounded in trust is key to exceptional client service. Successful consultants manage time and priorities effectively, take ownership of assignments, and contribute to team outcomes. They receive hands-on training in a supportive, high-performance environment and interact with practice leaders. Talent Managers assign projects to support career growth, skills development, and business needs. A network of advisors provides guidance and support. Opportunities exist to join committees, participate in employee network groups, and engage in social, civic, and networking activities. Internal Audit and Financial Advisory consultants are hired into two areas: Business Process Audit and Advisory, which focuses on exploring business processes, mitigating risks, developing solutions, and enhancing business functions to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, and improving efficiency and effectiveness of core business processes. Technology Audit and Advisory, which focuses on navigating technology risks and opportunities, including cybersecurity, AI risk, data governance, and cloud, assessing and advising on how organizations use technology to protect and enhance enterprise value.
