About The Position

DeCicco & Sons is seeking a Dairy Team Member who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a friendly, customer-focused environment. This role involves maintaining attractive and well-stocked dairy displays, ensuring product quality and freshness, and adhering to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to contribute to a growing premium quality food market.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English.
Great customer service.
Ability to work on a team.
Good oral communication skills.
Great work ethic.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Working on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining product displays of dairy items to attract customers.
Ensuring proper signage and rotation of dairy products.
Working safely and adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Checking quality, keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked, rotating and removing out-of-date products, and filling ice tables.
Maintaining accurate department signage and pricing.
Receiving, unloading, and putting away product delivery.
Stocking, pricing, rotating, and placing product on displays according to DeCicco & Sons standards.
Maintaining sanitation standards in the backroom, cooler, and sales area.
Performing other duties as assigned at the discretion of store management.
