About The Position

The Dairy Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the dairy department by ensuring product availability, freshness, merchandising excellence, and exceptional customer service. This role provides leadership to department associates, oversees inventory management and product rotation, and helps drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dairy department operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Maintain proper stock levels and ensure products are available for customers.
• Monitor department conditions, cleanliness, and organization throughout the day.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotional displays, and seasonal programs.
• Ensure proper product rotation and inventory management practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-focused environment.
• Assist customers with product selection and product-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Promote department products and sales opportunities through product knowledge.
