What you’ll do In this role, you’ll own and grow dairy sales across Southern Alberta by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that create real value for producers. Living Nutreco’s Own It mindset, you’ll take initiative in developing and executing territory sales plans, partnering closely with customers to understand their needs, and working collaboratively with technical experts to bring the right commercial and nutritional solutions forward. You’ll act as a trusted advisor in the market—opening doors, closing deals, resolving issues, and helping drive sustainable business growth through proactive, customer-focused sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven dairy sales experience in the Southern Alberta region
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and deliver against territory goals
  • Confidence working independently in the field, with strong organization and time management skills
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within Southern Alberta to meet with customers and prospects
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the role is based as sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in agriculture, animal science, business, or a related discipline is an asset.
