About The Position

Our state-of-the-art Dairy located in La Crosse, WI processes milk and produces the fruit juice and bottled water for approximately 800+ retail stores. Our facility includes three blow mold machines, which makes the gallons and half gallons for our products. Join our growing Dairy team as a full-time, Dairy Operator. In this position, you are responsible for the following:
Running bottling fillers
Working in the pasteurized tank room washing tanks
Cleaning and sanitizing the dairy plant area making it ready for production

Requirements

• Ability to operate casing equipment at speeds of 100 units per minute
• Accurate/detail oriented
• Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
• Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks
• Read/understand/interpret numbers
• Work in fast paced environment
• Work well alone/as part of team
• Work in a safety conscious environment
• Work in a noisy environment; work in temperatures of 35-40 degrees F
• bend/reach/twist frequently
• lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly
• stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift constantly
• lift/carry 45 pounds to waist level occasionally
• push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally

Benefits

• Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour
• Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
• A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
