About The Position
This position offers two (2) to four (4) hours per week with a limited workload that is not expected to increase. It is ideal for individuals seeking a consistent but light workload, such as those recently retired or looking for supplemental income. The Dairy/Frozen Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that dairy and frozen products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and maintained in a single display at local grocery stores.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement planograms and schematics accurately
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
- Attention to detail in maintaining quality and presentation
Responsibilities
- Maintain the designated unit by stocking, rotating products, and ensuring proper pricing
- Implement planograms and schematics to optimize product placement and visual appeal
- Monitor inventory levels and request ordering by store personnel
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the handling of products
- Visit twice weekly on designated visit days to assigned stores
