About The Position
The Dairy/Frozen Merchandiser plays a vital role to ensure that dairy and frozen products are well-stocked, displayed, and maintained in a single display at local grocery stores. This position offers 6 hours per week and is great for those that desire a consistent but light workload, recently retired or supplemental income. The starting pay rate is $18 per hour per visit.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement planograms and schematics accurately
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
- Attention to detail in maintaining quality and presentation
Responsibilities
- Maintain the designated unit by stocking, rotating products, and ensuring proper pricing
- Implement planograms and schematics to optimize product placement and visual appeal
- Monitor inventory levels and request ordering by store personnel
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the handling of products
- Visit twice weekly on designated visit days to assigned stores
