About The Position

This is a part-time union position in the Dairy/Frozen Foods department at Cub Foods Sun Ray. The role involves making connections with customers, filling and rotating cases and displays, assisting with receiving products and merchandising, maintaining a clean and sanitary store, and working with the team to ensure an awesome department. The position requires individuals who are dedicated, punctual, and work as scheduled.

Requirements

Willing to make lasting connections with customers
Willing to fill and rotate cases and displays (may involve heavy lifting up to 50lbs)
Willing to assist with receiving products and merchandising
Willing to help maintain a clean and sanitary store
Willing to work with the team on all tasks
Willing to be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled
Frequent lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
Frequent pushing/pulling to 2000 force lbs.
Frequent walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling
Frequent repetitive motion: turning, bending
Frequent operation of forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system
Frequent judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing basic computer skills
Extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
Occasional math/calculation
Occasional climbing ladders
