Requirements

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the dairy or frozen food sector.
Strong leadership skills.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Effective communication with both staff and customers.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
Ability to stand and walk the duration of scheduled shift.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dairy and frozen food departments.
Ensure that all products are stocked, displayed, and rotated according to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to guarantee product availability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Train, supervise, and evaluate department staff for optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and visually appealing department.
Monitor product quality and address any freshness concerns.
Assist with merchandising and promotional displays to drive sales.
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
Analyze department sales and performance to develop effective growth strategies.
Collaborate with other department managers and store leadership to ensure seamless operations throughout the store.
