Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers, fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs), assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full, train and develop dairy/frozen employees, help maintain a clean and sanitary store, and work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
Has experience working in a dairy/frozen position (1-2 years preferred)
Knows about stocking, load cutting, and displaying cases
Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning
Maintain a flexible Work schedule
Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
