About The Position

The desired candidate will work as a data integration engineer as part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integrated project team supporting a Department of War (DoW) multi-Agency program. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five or more years of Oracle implementation and sustainment experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Golden Gate and/or Qlik Replicate including heterogeneous sources/targets, batch + real-time modes.
Strong SQL skills across Oracle and cross-platform databases.
Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) data models, financial/operational modules, or federal extensions.
Experience implementing pipelines supporting BI/reporting workloads.
Ability to diagnose replication failures, latency bottlenecks, and data-quality mismatches.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.

Nice To Haves

Experience integrating data into Advana, including Databricks, Qlik dashboards, or related pipelines.
Familiarity with DoD financial management systems or federal EBS shared-service implementations.
Experience with Agile/SAFE methodologies

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain replication pipelines using technologies such as GoldenGate and Qlik Replicate for Oracle EBS data assets.
Manage data ingestion and synchronization between EBS and Advana environments.
Monitor, tune, and optimize replication performance, throughput, latency, and fault tolerance.
Troubleshoot replication issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Build and maintain operational documentation, data flow diagrams, and configuration baselines.
Collaborate with BI/reporting teams to ensure data structures support dashboarding, KPIs, and analytics workloads.
Support federal compliance, audit readiness, and data governance requirements associated with financial and operational reporting.
Coordinate upgrades, patching, environment migrations.
Work with security/IA teams to ensure replication components comply with DoD cybersecurity and enclave requirements.
