About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of D365 technologies, including ERP and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise technology sales, a consultative mindset, and a deep understanding of how D365 solutions solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise technology sales.
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft solutions (ERP/CRM).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or systems integrator.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
  • Existing network within mid-market or enterprise organizations.
  • Microsoft sales or solution certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, etc.).
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner channels.
  • Engage C-level and senior decision-makers to understand business needs and position D365 solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery through contract negotiation and close.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, licensing models, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track sales activities and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and Microsoft partner activities.
