About The Position

Everware Consulting is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end BC solutions for our US clients. This is a remote role for a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, business insight, and experience guiding complex ERP implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect or senior consultant.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, financials, supply chain, and manufacturing modules in BC.
• Strong experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations within the BC ecosystem.
• Experience leading US-based client engagements, with excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform, Azure services, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 BC or related technologies.
• Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, or complex ERP deployment scenarios.
• Exposure to agile implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including on-premise and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges, translating them into scalable BC solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
• Design integration strategies with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, and Office 365.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing solution recommendations, effort estimates, and architectural guidance.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
