D2C Small Parcel Operations Specialist
About The Position
The D2C Small Parcel Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience for customers purchasing through Electrolux direct-to-consumer channels. This position is responsible for managing small parcel order operations, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and effective collaboration across Customer Engagement, Last Mile, Warehousing, Sales, and IT teams to support continuous business growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, order management, e-commerce, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP, to support operational processes and order management activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day small parcel order operations across Electrolux D2C platforms, ensuring orders flow efficiently from placement through fulfillment.
- Monitor and resolve order exceptions using multiple systems to support timely and accurate order execution.
- Analyze order management trends and identify root causes of operational issues impacting fulfillment performance.
- Develop and implement corrective actions that reduce manual intervention and improve order processing efficiency.
- Partner with Customer Engagement, Last Mile, Warehousing, and IT teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Identify gaps in the order-to-fulfillment process and implement solutions that improve service levels and reduce customer churn.
- Evaluate the operational impact of new website features, promotions, and business initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance D2C operational capabilities.
