Requirements

  • HS/GED or higher non-semi degree with 4+ years relevant hands-on experience OR HS/GED or higher non-semi degree with at least 2.5 years relevant equipment experience OR AA/AS in STEM with 2+ years of experience related to equipment maintenance
  • Relevant hands-on experience/relevant equipment maintenance experience includes one or more of the following: Experience with chemical distribution systems, Knowledge of analytical chemistry laboratory functions and instruments

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline with 6+ months years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks in a disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented manner
  • Hands-on experience preparing samples and running ICP-MS analytical techniques

Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge of the Bulk Chemical Delivery systems and their operations
  • Provide operational support for the analytical metrology tools used to monitor the chemical delivery systems, including maintenance and system troubleshooting
  • Become proficient in pulling samples from various types of equipment including blenders, tanks, and other chemical and gas systems
  • Work alongside engineering and/or vendors to help maintain the analytical equipment that resides within the BCD areas including overseeing the vendor maintenance activities, PMs, and repairs
  • Become proficient with ICP-MS and other analytical techniques and be able to run samples in support of troubleshooting or characterization
