About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Full-Stack Developer with a experience in Angular and Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences and a keen eye for detail. The candidate will work closely with our design and back-end teams to develop, implement, and optimize our front-end applications.

Requirements

Experience in Front-end development with Angular 17.
Experience in Back-end development such as Java 17, Spring.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in Angular version 17.
Java and Spring.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Github.
Familiarity with OpenShift/Docker, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence.
Code quality using SonarQube.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge in SOAP, JSon, OpenAPI, XML.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborating in an Agile environment.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Canadian citizen or permanent residence.

Responsibilities

Migrate older legacy application screens from Thymeleaf to Angular as well as develop and maintain user-facing features using Angular.
Collaborate with other developers to integrate APIs and other services.
Work in resolving bugs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Work in an Agile environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
