We’re looking for a Decor & Design Lead to guide our décor team in making sure Bavarian Inn Restaurant looks its best all year long — from festive holiday displays to everyday dining room touches that make guests feel at home. This role blends hands-on creativity with leadership as you plan, create, and oversee décor projects that reflect our Bavarian Inn traditions and charm.

Requirements

Strong creativity, an eye for design, and attention to detail.
Experience in decorating, floral design, event setup, or visual merchandising.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Flexible and organized, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Schedule & lead our décor team in planning, creating, and installing seasonal and holiday decorations.
Design, assemble, and maintain centerpieces for dining rooms, weddings, and special events.
Coordinate and lead seasonal and holiday décor changeovers throughout the building.
Ensure all décor is visually appealing, safe, and well-maintained.
Manage décor inventory, supplies, and timelines.
Support and train team members to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
