About The Position

The Cycling Instructor is responsible for instructing safe and effective exercise classes. This role requires maintaining all mandatory education certifications, following all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures, and understanding and following all policies, procedures, and standards. The instructor must demonstrate knowledge of the Elite brand and model behavior in accordance with the Elite mission statement. They will also facilitate all member requests or forward them to a manager, and maintain a professional disposition at all times. The instructor must also follow all club/facility policies and procedures, and all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook. Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable
• Zumba Certified
• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication
