Cycle Instructor

Life Time•Westchester, FL

About The Position

As a Cycle Instructor, you will coach indoor cycling participants and help members learn and connect with Life Time’s Core 3 method: Comprehensive Assessments, Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyles, and Customized Workouts. You will lead classes using Life Time’s results-oriented cycle formats: EDG, an energetic, results-driven format using challenges, drills, and music; AMP, a high-energy, rhythmic format focused on movement and cycling to the beat; PWR, a structured, progressive program that develops endurance and aerobic fitness; EDG Sculpt, which combines HIIT-style cycling with strength training; and AMP Sculpt, which combines rhythmic cycling with body sculpting and upper-body work. The instructor entertains and motivates participants while delivering fun, educational classes, supporting members’ fitness goals, and building relationships through customer service and conversation.
