About The Position

The Cycle Counter will work closely with the Master Data team, Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Control to ensure the accuracy of inventory. This role will lead cycle-counting activities on the production floor and serve as the subject-matter expert in identifying discrepancies that impact production operations and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory.
• Lead cycle-counting activities on the production floor.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert in identifying discrepancies that impact production operations and inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory.
• Provide data collected from cycle counts.
• Assist in root cause analysis of inventory inaccuracies.
• Perform month-end cycle counting and reporting.
• Assist in maintenance of inventory locations/tags.
• Perform inventory adjustments in System21.
• Participate in preparation of the annual physical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory per the instructions of the Master Data team.
• Provide the Master Data Manager with the data collected from the cycle counts.
• Assist Master Data Manager in the root cause analysis of inventory inaccuracies.
• Perform month-end cycle counting and reporting activities.
• Assist in maintenance of inventory locations/tags.
• Perform inventory adjustments in System21.
• Participate in preparation of the annual physical inventory.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
