About The Position

The position will ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse cycle count function, working along and in support of the supervisor and warehouse manager. The position will be responsible for completing cycle count functions of the warehouse in an efficient timeline. The cycle count position will also help in researching and found discrepancies to resolve the inventory issue. The cycle counter will help in all three warehouses to ensure on time completion of the facility. Must ensure efficient production and compliance with all Company quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must have knowledge of SAP.
Must be computer literate and skilled with Microsoft.
Must be able to follow instructions and work under low supervision in a demanding environment.
Must be able to assume responsibility and be held strictly accountable.
Must be detail oriented, organized, energetic, and maintain a high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Effective scanning of all product and verification of information matching the product is verified.
Maintains proper rotation of products with the warehouse and use in production.
Able to run empty bin report in SAP and perform the audit.
Reports necessary maintenance work orders needed for facilities.
Operator will be responsible for efficient use of time and will help others or find needed completed tasks when time presents itself.
Able to use SAP to search inventory issues or locations to answer questions or provide support.
Ability to perform the various roles within the warehouse as needed for coverage.
Acts in a way supporting the supervisor or warehouse manager and helps ensure follow through on needed actions and tasks within the warehouse.
Report any equipment and product damage in a timely manner consistent with plant processes.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
