About The Position

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform inventory counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy. This role involves maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand, investigating and correcting discrepancies in reported quantities and locations, and assessing inventory output to identify trends. The Cycle Counter will also coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies, work cross-functionally to become a subject-matter-expert in multiple areas, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

• 1+ year of related warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with Warehouse Management System is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of retail or distribution center operations,
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime when required/some weekends
• Ability to follow direction and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories
• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally, becoming a subject-matter-expert in multiple areas of each department.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
