About The Position

The Cycle Count Operator ensures accurate inventory of flavor and fragrance materials by using scales, computer systems, and SAP to verify and record data. You’ll handle raw and finished materials safely while following strict safety, quality, and GMP procedures. The role includes operating forklifts and drum‑handling equipment to support material flow and cycle‑counting activities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior experience handling chemicals
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and manufacturing processes
  • Minimum 1–3 years in inventory or chemical manufacturing
  • Familiarity with GMP practices
  • Ability to stand for 60–90% of the shift
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must consistently wear required personal protective equipment in all work areas.
  • Comfortable working in environments with minimal temperature control and exposure to hot or cold conditions.
  • Must be able to safely operate a forklift as part of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Operate scales and computer systems to accurately count liquid, solid, and powder flavor/fragrance materials.
  • Check material age, status, and quality in SAP to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Use computer systems to locate and process raw and finished materials for cycle counting.
  • Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and material‑flow procedures while using tools, equipment, and electronic systems.
  • Safely operate forklifts and drum‑handling equipment and perform forklift‑operator duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with GMP and documentation requirements.
