Cyberspace Training Specialist III
About The Position
Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a Sr Cyberspace Training Specialist career opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. This role involves assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure it meets objectives and joint standards, evaluating training objectives, and determining revisions for course materials. The specialist will also assess courses for equivalency, assist in maintaining joint training standards, and help assess the readiness of cyberspace forces for conducting cyberspace operations. Responsibilities include participating in the planning and scheduling of training and exercise events, developing requirements for collective training, and assisting in identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events. The role also involves assessing training initiatives, identifying shortfalls, and developing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Training experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possesses strong writing, briefing, coaching, and leading skills
- Experience with ADDIE, AGILE or similar instructional design methods
Responsibilities
- Assesses effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and joint standards

- Assists in assessing readiness for cyberspace forces for conducting cyberspace operations

- Develops requirements for collective training and exercise events
- Assists in identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force for resolution
- Assists in assessing training initiatives, identifying shortfalls, and developing mitigation strategies
