Mission Technologies’ Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a highly skilled Cyberspace Exercise Planner to support an upcoming, high‑impact mission at Fort Meade. This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

Requirements

  • Cyber Instructor 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Cyber Instructor 2 - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
  • Cyber Instructor 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cyber exercise planning and operational experience at the Command or cyber component/team levels, along with relevant cyber-focused operational or planning certification courses.

Responsibilities

  • Supports mission partners by developing, coordinating, and executing cyberspace operations.
  • Assesses operational requirements.
  • Ensures plans align across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
  • Contributes to the development of technologies and TTPs that enable both offensive and defensive cyber capabilities.
