About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to step in as a Subject Matter Expert for an enterprise-level Insider Threat Program. In this role, you will evaluate, optimize, and enhance the organization's internal threat prevention capabilities. Our client is a prominent player in the European banking and financial sector. They operate within a collaborative, Swedish organizational culture and offer a highly international, large-scale environment where security and innovation go hand in hand.
Requirements
- Documented experience working in a large-scale Cyber Security Insider Threat Program in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
- Hands-on technical experience with various Cyber Security tools, combined with senior-level risk assessment skills.
- Proven, documented working experience within the EU financial/banking sector.
- Fluency in English (B2B/C1 level minimum).
- Due to the nature of the banking sector, this role is subject to Security Vetting Operations, which include enhanced background checks and a security vetting interview.
Nice To Haves
- Recognized Cyber Security certifications or a strong educational background in the field.
- Experience in Technical Documentation and Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct documented assessments on the utilization of existing Cyber Security tools.
- Focus on internal threat prevention, protection, and detection capabilities.
- Recommend, prioritize, and implement strategic technical adjustments to elevate the company's security posture.
Benefits
- Salary: Up to 135 PLN/h net + VAT.
- Contract: B2B agreement (40 hours/week) with transparent working conditions.
