About The Position

SANCORP is seeking a Project Manager to support the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) International Affairs Support Services contract. The objective is to obtain subject matter experts to advise and assist the Government in effective execution of mission support services. This role requires providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff, conducting detailed analysis and evaluations, and recommending improvements. The Project Manager will consult with clients to define needs, supervise studies, and lead surveys to gather and analyze data for solutions. Additionally, they will oversee the efforts of less senior staff, ensure the successful delivery of project management documentation, and maintain availability to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during core business hours.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
Eight years of related experience supporting government agencies.
Must be able to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; consult with client to define need or problem; supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and maintenance efforts.
Consult with clients to define needs or problems.
Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to the contract.
Maintain availability to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during core business hours (0830-1730 EST) and respond to requests within four hours.
Ensure successful delivery of the Project Management Plan, Monthly Status Reports, and Staffing Plans.
