The Cybersecurity Program Manager (CPM) manages the cost, schedule and performance of a SETA program providing Information Assurance strategy, FISMA and audit coordination, Cyber Risk and Vulnerability Management, and Cyber Defense support for a large USG agency's IT enterprise. The CPM serves as Arcfield's management primary point of contact for Contractor support, oversees the accomplishment of the tasks, and ensures the delivery of the associated CDRLs. The CPM leads a program leadership team of managers to ensure understanding, allocation of, and completion of all customer tasks. The CPM is supported by and leads a program management team including a business manager to assist with all programmatic tasks, and contracts, finance, and security support. The CPM works with a Cyber Technical Lead to ensure the successful development, implementation, schedule, and cost performance of all major program tasks through subordinate managers (non-tech), in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. As an Arcfield Director, the CPM acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers. The CPM acts as the technical liaison with all subcontractors for staffing, and oversees training and supervision of all personnel. The CPM assists in proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required, and is responsible for all phases of the program budget. Supported by a seasoned PMO and Business Manager, the CPM monitors contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance, and develops and delivers required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
