The manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple client projects and teams, managing the full project lifecycle from scoping and budgeting to resourcing and quality assurance of deliverables. This includes leading client discussions and interacting with stakeholders. The role also involves defining the scope of services and projects for new and existing clients, training and guiding team members, contributing to internal firm initiatives like recruiting and exploring new technologies, and engaging in practice development activities with prospective clients.
