The Cybersecurity Consultant Development Program is an immersive paid-training internship program designed to help participants strengthen the technical and professional skills needed to enter the workforce as a full-time Information Security Associate. This program focuses on the Threat (TRT) Security Practice Area, involving internal and external network penetration tests, web application penetration tests, studying penetration testing methodologies, and training labs. Interns will shadow penetration testers, learn in real-world scenarios, and provide support for remediation validation and reporting, including writing executive and technical summaries and communicating test status and findings with clients. The Developing Consultant (DC) role is part of the client-facing consulting team, responsible for project delivery activities within selected Tevora Information Security practice areas. Interns are expected to continually develop their skills through personal development and industry participation. Successful completion may lead to a full-time offer as an entry-level Information Security Associate.
